Astrali Regulating Jelly is a cooling, translucent jelly that mattifies on contact and keeps working through the day. Saccharide isomerate, a marine-derived sugar, refines the look of pores and evens out shine, while zinc PCA calms and regulates oil production without pulling moisture from skin. The result is a smooth, soft matte finish that doesn't tighten or dry out.
