Astrali UK is powered by Shopify, which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our skincare products and services to you.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

SECTION 2 - THE PRODUCTS & CONSUMER RIGHTS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store.

 

  • Statutory Rights: As a consumer in the UK, you have certain "statutory rights" under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These include that the goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

     

  • Hygiene Exception: Please note that due to the nature of skincare products, items that are unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons unless they are faulty.

     

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS (THE "COOLING OFF" PERIOD)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

  • To Cancel: You must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g., an email to hello@astraliuk.com).

  • Refunds: If you cancel, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery.

  • Condition: You must return the goods to us in their original, sealed packaging without undue delay.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 5 - PRICES AND TAXES

  • VAT: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current UK rate.

     

  • Drip Pricing: In compliance with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2026, all mandatory costs (such as delivery fees) will be clearly disclosed at the start of the checkout process and will not be "dripped" or added at the final stage of payment.

No software, robot, or "Agent" may access or interact with the Services unless it identifies itself in the HTTP/HTTPS request user agent string as "Agent/[agent name]". We reserve the right to limit or block any Agent that does not comply with these transparency requirements.

  1. Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

  2. Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  4. Defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

Subject to the above, we shall not be liable to you for any loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with any contract between us.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim.
