• Our Goal: We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day of your purchase.

• The Reality: While we hit this target the vast majority of the time, it isn't always possible during exceptionally busy periods, product launches, or bank holidays.

• Notifications: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification when your package is on its way.

We keep our shipping simple with a flat-rate service for all UK orders.

Missing or Delayed Parcels
